I had multiple dreams, in one night, in the same setting, but with different outcomes. When I analysed my dreams these are the influences I found:
- Intentions, dreams and visions: what would you like/wish/dream to happen?
- Expectations influence the outcome, that’s why they say to ‘trust the outcome of what you have set in motion’.
- Mood, this influences the energy that surrounds you and who or what you attract. Try to calm yourself after going through something really heavy, by doing the things you usually loved doing when you were a kid. Return to innocence.
- Actions, these are what keep the momentum going and what speeds up or slows down the process.
- Asking questions in yourself or out loud is asking for guidance. It’s like a prayer.
- Being aware of signs. Paying attention to synchronicities. Things that give answers to what you were wondering about.
- Knowing yourself: knowing what you want & like and what you do not want & like. It’s like a continuous meditation or awareness exercise.
- Going for the best possible outcome. Not just focusing on ‘the positive’, but also accepting ‘the negative’ as part of the story of life. Sometimes you have to do stuff you don’t want to do, in order to achieve your goals, and you just have to make the best of it. It’s worth the effort because it brings you closer to your goals.
- Don’t forget to adjust (or completely change) the recipe once in a while, or else your favorite might become tasteless or even what you dread the most.
